• You make sure everything runs smoothly from the first croissant to the last cappuccino.
• Keep an eye on the details - from spotless tables and buffet items always looking spot on and refilled, to bills with no surprises.
• Be the go-to person for recommendations, requests, and those little extras that turn a meal into a moment (like remembering someone’s coffee order from the day before).
• Team up with the rest of the crew to keep service flowing, guests happy, and mornings buzzing.
