Breakfast Waiter/ess

The Breakfast Waiter/ess is responsible for providing the most efficient and refined breakfast service. Ensuring the highest standard of hospitality is delivered at all times.

• Set up tables and buffets, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and guest requests, cover food runner and barista duties.
• Ensure guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier
• Clear tables of all chinaware, silverware and glassware, and return to dishwasher area
• To clean and polish all chinaware and silverware, to refill containers, and replenish supply of linen flatware, glassware and chinaware in any F&B outlet when required
• Understand the importance of up-selling all hotels products/service at every opportunity
• Have a thorough understanding of the POS system
• To ensure a friendly, courteous, efficient and polite service is provided at all times.
