In this role, you will:

1. Sales & Customer Service

Maintains a profitable and reputable outlet by

Handles cash transactions honestly, efficiently, and accurately.

Maintains efficient, friendly service standards at all time.

Participates in all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.

Politely answering the telephone & customer questions.

Reports all customer complaints to the Manager on duty.

Responds pro-actively to prevent customer service situations.

Handles all hot and colds drinks during drink preparation safely.

Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.

So as to meet and exceed sales target, and surpass customer's expectation on each occasion.
