Job Description
Attend morning meetings
Conduct CIP validations
Oversee receiving of stock
Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey
Assist driver with Offloading of chemicals from truck, Arrange forklift as required
Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
Ensure good housekeeping around the Bulk Storage areas & CIP Stations
Observe dosing equipment, pumps,tanks,pipework etc for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician
Daily stock taking report for all chemicals
Perform descales as required
Observe CIP's : Inspections agaisnt specifications
Inspect to ensure that all CIP fittings are stored correctly
Titration for concentration of caustic and acid used for CIP's
