• Guide brides through consultations and fittings, recommending gowns based on body shape, personal style, and wedding vision. Advise on the full look — silhouette, veils, accessories — and build genuine relationships with each client from first appointment through to booking.
• Day-to-day, manage your own appointment flow (WhatsApp, CRM), keep the showroom in excellent condition, and collaborate with the team on packaging and cross-brand touch points.
