Overview

We are seeking a
Mid-Level or Senior Bridge Engineer

to support the pursuit phase of a Design-Build bridge project. This role will focus on
preliminary design elements

, conceptual solutions, and technical support during early project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of preliminary bridge design concepts
• Assist with evaluation of design alternatives and technical approaches
• Collaborate with senior engineers on early design strategies
• Provide technical input to strengthen pursuit and proposal materials
• Coordinate with drafting staff to ensure consistent and constructible drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 7–15+ years of experience
