Broadcast Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
o Oversee broadcast execution to ensure shows run on schedule and within standards
Coordinate across production, technical, and tournament teams to align broadcast needs
Collaborate with directors, producers, and technical teams to ensure all equipment functions smoothly
and promptly resolve any issues
Identify, procure, and manage broadcast resources required for event production
Hire, contract, and schedule outsource broadcast manpower as needed for event operations
o Enforce broadcast policies, quality control, and brand consistency across all outputs
Identify operational risks and resolve live broadcast issues efficiently
o Contribute to post-event reports, evaluations, and process improvements for future events
Qualifications
o At least 3 years of experience in live broadcast production, preferably in esports, live sports, or large-
scale events
