Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a multidisciplinary advisory and professional services firm based in Melbourne. They are seeking a Broker Assistant to help support the team.
What do you do?

Preparing and inputting Home Loans into the Mortgage Broking CRM.

Analysing financial statements, tax returns, P&Ls, and Balance Sheets to support lending decisions.

Assisting with Commercial & Business Loans, Asset Finance, SMSF Lending, and other products.

Coordinating documentation, client communications, and general admin support to keep the team running smoothly.
What do you need?

2+ years’ experience as a Lending Associate.

A tertiary degree in Business, Economics, or Commerce.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
