Role Purpose
To assist with the claims audit process and ongoing monitoring on Outsource, Broker Binder Business Partners and UMA's.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
FAIS – Completed RE5 Certificate and Credits (60 credits)
Possessing an insurance-related qualification is advantageous
At least 5 years of relevant experience in claims oversight and audit management
A comprehensive understanding of non-life short term insurance
A comprehensive knowledge of non-life short-term insurance claims processes and associated complexities
Problem solving skills
Must be able to work in Word and Excel
General office administration knowledge
Must be able to handle pressurized environments
Requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
Basic system operating knowledge essential
