About the Role

Our client, a leading financial services provider in South Africa, is looking for a dynamic and driven Broker Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for a “pioneer” with a hunger for excellence and a talent for building lasting partner relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Proactively source, on-board, and grow the client’s “share of wallet” within a panel of brokers and external partners. Sales Support: Enhance partner relationships through continuous motivational sales support and recognition. Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to resolve broker queries and complaints while identifying opportunities for new business or retention. Performance Tracking: Monitor panel performance, including penetration and ensuring lapse/NTU ratios do not exceed 40%. Data & Insights: Collate and analyze data using the POL360 system to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Reporting: Generate daily, w...
