Role overview

As a
Broker Consultant / BDM
, you'll grow and support Elevate Life's independent financial advisor (IFA) network. You'll be the key relationship owner for brokers in your region—driving new business, enabling sales through training and case support, and serving as the bridge between the broker market and our internal teams.

What you'll be responsible for

1) Business Development

• Promote Elevate Life's life insurance solutions to IFAs/brokers.
• Identify, engage and onboard new brokers to expand distribution.
• Build a strong, opportunity-led pipeline and deliver consistent sales outcomes.

2) Training & Broker Support

• Deliver broker training (product, underwriting approach, positioning and best-fit use cases).
• Keep brokers informed on product updates, pricing changes and process improvements.
