Broker Coordinator

Key Roles

• Act as the main liaison between Ovialand and all accredited real estate brokers.
• Coordinate and organize regular Product Knowledge Seminars, Company Orientations, and training on Sellers' Guidelines and updates.
• Ensure brokers are aligned with company policies, pricing, processes, and marketing campaigns.
• Recruit new brokers and sales agents through various channels and partnerships to expand Ovialand's selling force.
• Assist in the accreditation process and ensure all brokers submit complete requirements.
• Monitor broker performance and provide feedback, motivation, and recognition.
• Provide timely updates on inventory, promos, and project developments to brokers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support broker needs.
• Address broker concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
