Growing the Broker Network and providing Sales Support

• Promote Cathay Land projects by conducting regular recruitment activities for new and active Real Estate Brokers
• Facilitate the accreditation of licensed real estate brokers
• Conduct project briefing, training, and site orientation to all interested brokers, sellers and their marketing partners
• Maintains an accurate and active database of broker organizations
• Assists Brokers in their queries about the projects, units such as availability, price updates as well as in presenting the projects to clients (and/or when needed)
• Double checks all submitted sales documents of the Brokers and forwards it to the Sales Support section
