As a founding partner, you will leverage your active RECO broker license to oversee compliance, data access, and agent recruitment. This is a pivotal role in a tech-driven environment, enabling you to influence the operations of a groundbreaking AI-powered platform. You will help build and manage a robust team while ensuring uninterrupted API access to MLS data for our innovative brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the licensed Broker of Record for Aegis Concierge
• Oversee trust accounts and approve essential transactions
• Maintain MLS credentials and ensure compliance
• Recruit, onboard, and train RECO-licensed agents
