Broker Officer Specialist

About the Role:

The Broker Officer Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting broker-related insurance operations within the Sales Department (CR – ER – WR). The role ensures accurate processing of broker accounts, supports portfolio growth, maintains regulatory compliance with the Saudi Insurance Authority, and strengthens coordination between brokers, sales, underwriting, and operational teams.

This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.

• Process quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support day-to-day management of broker portfolios in line with SLAs and company standards.
• Assist in onboarding new brokers and maintaining accurate broker account records.
