Broker Relations Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Broker Relations Officer to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our accredited brokers and agents. This role focuses on strengthening broker partnerships, ensuring timely dissemination of project updates, and supporting smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Relationship Management & Fieldwork

• Conduct regular brokerage visits and fieldwork to maintain strong partner engagement
• Serve as the first point of contact for broker and agent inquiries (calls, messages, email)
• Disseminate project updates, price list revisions, and promotional announcements
• Ensure brokers are consistently informed and aligned with company offerings

2 Sales Operations & Data Management
