• Follow up with banks on active applications and ETA for assessment, approval, etc.
• Settlement agent tasks – follow up on files from formal approval through to settlement.
• Construction matters (e.g., progress payments).

Qualifications

• 1‑2 years of experience in financial planning or mortgage broking support.
• Proficiency with financial planning and mortgage software.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review financial documents.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data.
