Job description

Record new booking upon received and forward booking.

Monitoring of Arrival, Berthing and Discharged of Vessel and Sending of Arrival Notice.

Computation , re-evaluation and validation of Duties and Taxes.

Always check shipping documents from consignee, ask to provide one.

Lodgement of entry to BOC system (Intercommerce)

Check request to Brokerage

Monitor weekly shipment of Forwarding and Brokerage

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Preferably Licensed Customs Broker

Minimum of 1-2 years experience shipments classification and computation.

MUST have at least 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

With import/export shipment data entry experience.

Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment.

Self - motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent English language communication skills-- both verbal and written.
