You will report to the Manager, Operational Performance, ensuring that commercial insurance documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. The role involves maintaining files, reviewing documentation, and improving content quality, especially in collaboration with various teams. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
