• Implement effective practices related to recruitment and training of the sales team.
• Manage team compliance in company policies and provisions as stated under the company's Code of Ethics.
• Market and sell all projects of Megaworld Alpha.
• Participate in all marketing and business activities organized by the company
• Assist the needs and concerns of clients
• Attend to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
