1. Processes the following service requests in accordance with the company’s procedures, standards and guidelines:
Advance Premium Payment Cancellation
FC Dep Validation
Plan Surrender Quote
Agents Deficiency Adjustment
Bounced Check
Change Dividend Option
Change Endowment Payout
Check Cancellation
Claims Adjustment
Clearing (Error Account)
Detailed Statement
Disbursement of Variable Fund (VARFU)
Dividend Reimbursement Report
Plan Surrender
Plan Termination Reimbursement Report
Plan Untagging
Posting of Disbursements
RTS Check Cancellation and Reversal
Special Account Adjustment and Reversal
Suspense Adjustment
Waiver
2. Performs the following as may be assigned:
