Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the domestic freight strategy, aligned with the Company's overall corporate and growth objectives.
• Identify expansion, network optimization, and partnership opportunities across Philippine trade lanes and key ports/airports.
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and digital adoption to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Operations & Service Excellence

• Provide executive oversight of domestic freight operations, ensuring on-time performance, cargo integrity, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure seamless coordination between operations, sales, customer service, finance, and external partners (airlines, shipping lines, ports, and agents).
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to service levels, utilization, turnaround times, and operating margins.
