BUDGET ANALYST

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as NORAD and USNORTHCOM fiscal manager to include all Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) functions as well as program and budget formulation, justification, and analysis as it relates to the conduct of the commands missions. Provides oversight and management of commands programs and budgets for the assigned commands, components, directorates and subordinate commands. Responsibilities Independently manages complex program and budget functions and operations for NORAD and USNORTHCOM assigned programs. Responsible for conducting research, analysis and development of courses of action for program and budget formulation, justification and execution issues.
