**What you will be doing:**

+ Creation and delivery of site budget and Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA)
+ Negotiation and execution of initial site budget
+ Negotiation and execution of initial site contract
+ Management of increase in patient enrollment (written approval of notification to budget)
+ Budget and contract amendments driven by study protocol amendment and protocol addends
+ Populate internal systems to ensure accuracy of trial / site performance
+ Understand and comply with procurements, legal and financial requirements and procedures
+ Populate Trial Master Files and libraries for future reference
