Building Admin Officer

Facility Engineer will assist the Mall Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness to achieve customer and tenant satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies. Reporting to their respective Area Engineer regarding the abnormalities, incident, breakdown of equipment and other project concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities :

· Performs and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Mall, identify operating problems and takes appropriate action, monitor/record performance electro-mechanical equipment and produce report to Management/Area Engineer.

· Ensure that all equipment and facilities (Air-conditioning System, Electrical System, Water Facilities, Sewage Treatment Plant/STP, Ventilating/Kitchen Exhaust Fans, Generator Set System, Fire Protection System and others) are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection an...
