Job Description
- Inspect and maintain all building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Genset, elevators) regularly.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and resolve maintenance issues, including leaks, electrical failures, and equipment malfunctions.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing urgent tasks.
- Ensure electrical and plumbing systems are safe, functional, and compliant with local codes.
- Conduct routine safety checks, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and fire alarms.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate vendor servicing, repairs, and upgrades; oversee minor carpentry, painting, and facility repairs.
