Building Admin Supervisor

Join SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) as a full-time Building Admin Supervisor . In this strategic role, you will responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building or facility, ensuring its proper maintenance, safety, and overall functionality.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with engineering and technical staff regarding project scheduling, planning and manpower actual mobilization
• Prepare project requisition, purchase order, billings and procurement of equipment, materials and supplies
• Supervise and oversee the work of electricians, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Oversee and inspect the work of contractors and suppliers to ensure the completion of tasks according to specifications, contracts, and quality standards
