About the role
Join SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) as a full-time Building Admin Supervisor. In this strategic role, you will responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building or facility, ensuring its proper maintenance, safety, and overall functionality.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate with engineering and technical staff regarding project scheduling, planning and manpower actual mobilization
Prepare project requisition, purchase order, billings and procurement of equipment, materials and supplies
Supervise and oversee the work of electricians, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Oversee and inspect the work of contractors and suppliers to ensure the completion of tasks according to specifications, contracts, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred)
Strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage tasks and a team with minimum supervision
