Job description:

Site Operations Management

• Develop/Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice Operations related to Property & Facilities Management, Safety, Health, Environment and Security Program, Customer Service, Building Maintenance & Compliance activities.
• Manage the site implementation and coordination on a day-to-day basis (e.g., creation of building advisories, preventive maintenance schedules, operational checklists, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
• Measure and monitor the agreed KPI's and SLA's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for continual innovation of processes and performance. Develop/implement ideas supporting the savings improvement initiatives and improve operational standards.
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
