EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course.
At least one (1) year of work experience in building/property administration or the same field.
Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services.
Can perform with minimum supervision, willing to work on flexible schedule
