Your position
As a Building and Facility Specialist, you will organise, coordinate, and supervise the operational management of hard facilities, including electricity, HVAC, building management systems, security, plumbing, and fire prevention.
Your day to day activities and key responsibilities:
Technical and operational activities
You will oversee the technical management of the building to ensure efficient, high-quality service for internal departments and external tenants.
You will provide technical management and advise to the other European offices, maintaining service excellence.
You will manage technical issues and repairs, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
You will update building plans and asset management records, including technical installations and space planning.
