We are looking for a curious, techy easy going candidate to become one of our new Technical Support Engineer to join our current team in Igualada.Your role will be a key factor in the development of our relationship with our customers, their first contact point for after-sales consultancy and a connection between them and our technical team.

E ssential Job Functions As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be:

• Ensuring customers get post-sales support to take full advantage of Intesis products
• Helping customers through our ticketing tool
• Registering and maintaining relevant data in the ticketing tool
• Reporting relevant improvements, complaints and bugs to your team lead
• Maintaining the support tools (ticketing tool, simulators, product testing environment…)
