Building Automation Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Automation & Operations, the incumbent is primarily responsible for developing and updating BAS surveillance schedules and objectives, tracking & reporting on BAS surveillance performance. Work with the Senior Manager and the Building Operations teams to develop an alarm management strategy and reporting. Directs Analysts in the review and interpretation of BAS data and trends related to HVAC control issues. Provide BAS subject matter technical expertise on BAS controls, devices and control sequences when working with Building Operations teams and control technicians in troubleshooting, identifying and making recommendations to the Senior Manager and when directed implement control revisions required to resolve system deficiencies.
