Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Concierge/Guest Relations Officer to service and manage a short term rental building based in Sea Point.
Key functions of this role include online and telephonic guest communication, concierge duties and on-site guest assistance.
The successful person will work closely with the Regional Supervisor, Reservations and Housekeeping departments to ensure that guest queries and or challenges are addressed professionally and timeously.
Going the extra mile to ensure a hassle free and enjoyable guest experience is the overall key performance activity of this role.
Please note the position is a shift position requiring both day and night shift work, which is scheduled on a rotational basis.
