Building Construction Project Managers - BNE

We are regularly tendering for Civil Projects right across Queensland and seeking expressions of interest from people to join us in submissions and capable of committing to assignments (if successful) for an initial periods of approximately 6 to 12 months with a possibility of ongoing extensions and other projects.

Mandatory Requirements.
Commercial Building Construction experience will be required to manage & lead projects, during the construction phase from a contractor's standpoint which would include the need to be competent with the following areas.
• Budgeting, programming, monitoring expenditure, controlling resources & reviewing priorities.
• Manage Labour, Equipment, Materials and Subcontract within budget and time constraints.
• Undertaking various contract management activities including client liaison.
• Procurement of building materials and project services within guidelines.
