Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Control Manager based in Rawalpindi. The Building Control Manager will oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring proper maintenance and facility management. Responsibilities include managing building systems, coordinating routine maintenance, enforcing safety and compliance regulations, and preparing and monitoring budgets. The manager will also handle communication with stakeholders and ensure seamless facility operations.
Qualifications
Lead and supervise the building control team.
Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance, including preventive and corrective practices
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management for building operations
