Job Description

• Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the Property Manager, Technical Supervisor and Head of Security.
• Responsible and accountable in the planning, execution and timely delivery of the Property's 52-Week Engineering Calendar, Technical Budget and CAPEX of projects.
• Has full oversight responsibility on Maintenance Services and third-party Contractors' execution of Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Technical and Service Management Plans, Service Level Agreements and Standards.
