BUILDING ENGINEER (CYBERGATE 3)

Role Mission

As the Building Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations and maintenance of Robinsons Offices’ buildings and equipment, which includes developing and executing a 52‑week maintenance program, coordinating with tenants on technical requirements, reviewing and ensuring compliance of fit‑out plans with the approved Construction and Fit‑out Guidelines, recommending improvements for inclusion in OPEX and CAPEX budgets, implementing energy conservation measures, compliance with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensuring timely recording and processing of tenant utilities for charging. You will also act as the Deputy for the Building Manager, handling building administration matters.
