JOB SUMMARY:

As a 
Building Engineer
, you assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining technical excellence across the DPI portfolio by conducting site audits, validating preventive maintenance execution, monitoring CAPEX quality, and providing interim engineering support during site vacancies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably a licensed Engineer with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in facilities management or property management, specifically with high-rise commercial/residential settings.
