Building Engineer

• Design, maintain, and oversee building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers to perform maintenance and repair work.
• Assist in the design and implementation of energy-efficient systems and upgrades.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to building maintenance and engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in building engineering or facilities management.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in building systems.
• Holds a Licenses as an Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
