Building Engineer

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• With minimum 2 years experience in preventive maintenance in Residential Property
• With minimum of 2 years in property management
• Willing to work in Manila
• can start ASAP

Duties

• Supervises and monitors the performance of service contractors.
• Directs the implementation of all technical operations and services.
• Schedules, implements and oversees preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor inventory of materials for repair and maintenance of facility and equipment.
• Assists the MANAGER in ENERCON planning and implementation.
• Monitors and reviews all utility readings of maintenance, provide technical analysis for water and electrical discrepancies and drastic fluctuations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
