JOB SUMMARY:
The Building Engineer shall assist the Building Manager in ensuring the continuous operation of the assigned property. The role acts as the primary operational lead, supervising technical staff, security, and housekeeping to maintain safety and functionality, focus on managing manpower and emergencies during weekend and off-peak hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
