Building Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Engineer, located in Metro Cebu. The Building Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and performing building maintenance, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Tasks include managing plumbing systems, performing general maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall functionality and safety of the facilities. Additionally, collaboration with the Facility Management team is required to address and resolve operational issues effectively.

• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and operations oversight
