Building Engineer

Job description:

Monitor and supervise the repair, installation and rehabilitation project by the staff and sub-contractor pertaining to structural, mechanical, and electrical aspect of the building. Performs preventive maintenance daily and ensures that work is accordance with standard procedure. As well as providing administrative support which includes general clerical, coordination and recording in carrying out assigned administrative work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree holder of Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Preferably with License
• Has knowledge in Admin, Property and Tenant management
• Possesses effective organizational, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, communication, people and project management skills
• Experience in Mall Operations is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
• Willing to be deployed in Fairview, QC
