Building Engineer

• Check, review and monitor the monthly preventive maintenance inspection reports and make appropriate action to facilitate repair or maintenance of equipment;
• Check and review the budget allocation of the regional depot and maintain records of released expenditures through SAA and PRs
• Evaluate/validate/monitor the program of Works (POW) for the repair of equipment from different regional offices and prepare the total annual program
• Supervise inspection of equipment
• Undertake technical inspection of systems equipment, parts and accessories including technical coordination.
• Supervise inspection of equipment recommended for disposal;
• Supervise conduct of technical inspection or test of newly delivered equipment, machinery, spare parts and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering relevant to the job (PRC Licensed: REE)
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
