Building Engineer

Full-time Position
Mon – Sat | 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
BGC, Taguig
At least 3 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management
The Building Engineer shall assist the Building Manager in ensuring the continuous operation of the assigned property. Acts as the primary operational lead – supervising technical staff, security, and housekeeping to maintain safety and functionality, with a specific focus on managing manpower, and emergencies during weekend and off-peak hours.
Job Requirements
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in facilities management or property management, specifically from high-rise commercial or residential setting.
Strong technical knowledge with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protections system specific to high rise buildings.
Ability to conduct technical inspections and review maintenance logs on accuracy and trends.
