A reputable construction company that is based in Cape Town is currently in search of a Building Estimator to join their team.

Requirements:

•BSc/ BTech: Quantity Surveying

•7-10 years’ experience as an Estimator for building projects

•Contractual knowledge and negotiation skills

•Able to deliver quality, profitability and productivity

•Experienced in risk mitigation and resource management

•Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, CCS, BuildSmart
