Estimator Position

Our client is a well-established construction company looking for an Estimator based in Gauteng.

Requirements include:

1. BTech/ BSc Quantity Surveying/ BSc Construction Management
2. 5 - 15 years construction industry experience and estimating.
3. Knowledge of building construction productivities.
4. Sound knowledge of standard contract documentation and specifications.
5. Ability to review the tender documentation and identify any potential risks and/or gains.
6. Proficiency of CCS estimating and planning modules.
