Building Executive / Site Supervisor x5 position (Residential, Condominium)

Tenant Management - Residential/Condo x7

The Tenant Management / Building Executive Operations person (he) will be stationed at the site office and Manage Tenants. He will also arrange and schedule any fixup needed for the property. Also to work with the building management office to submit and coordinate the fixup of the defects. MUST Speak English & BM

BASIC (2.5-3k) + Monthly INCENTIVE (RM200-RM2k)

• Handle tenant communication and able to properly explain the rules and to tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technician/cleaners/plumbers. Plan and follow up fixup & maintenance to fixup any defects in property
• To ensure work is done successfully. Updates to management and tenant on work performed. Have experience supervise Contractors/Suppliers/Workers is added advantage
