Job Description

For our department Buildings & Constructionswithin LuxairServices, we are looking for a (an):
 
 Building & Facilities Coordinator (m/f/x)
 
 
Main duties:
Overseeing daily site operations, by assigning tasks to the internal technical team, conducting weekly meetings and site inspections.
Develop, implement, and monitor work schedules to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance of Luxair’s buildings and infrastructure.
Manage subcontractors by tracking interventions, verifying service quality, reviewing proposals, and managing orders, invoices, and deliveries.
Plan and deliver modernization projects in compliance with legislation, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, IT, and environmental activities with external providers.
Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate projects aimed at reducing energy and recycling costs.
